Sally Wood
Sally Wood has been a professional in the industry for over 25 years. Sally has been working with farmers for over 25 years, and has vast experience and knowledge to help farmers run their businesses more efficiently and gain a better grasp of their finances.
Sally offers a reliable trustworthy and confidential service to farmers in Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.
Sally is a fellow of IAgSA (The Institute of Agricultural Secretaries and Administrators) and has served on their National Council. She is also a fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
Sally obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance for Agricultural Secretaries with Distinction at Brooksby College, receiving the top student award in both years. She has also won “National Farm Secretary of the Year”, after being runner-up for 2 years.
Sally is married to a dairy farmer, Andrew Wood, and they have three daughters Alice, Lizzy and Clare.
Alice Wood
After several years at an accountancy practice, Alice joined the team in March 2024 and deals with all aspects of accounting and tax work. She is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant as well as being a member of IAgSA. Alice specialises in tax and provides tax advice to our clients including Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax. Outside of work, you'll probably find Alice at a YFC or NFU meeting.
Lucy Atkin
Lucy joined us in 2018 and has been on numerous training courses whilst gaining experience by working alongside Sally. She now visits farming clients on a regular basis to suit their book-keeping needs. Like Sally, Lucy is also a member of IAgSA. In her spare time, you will find Lucy on her family’s farm or playing netball.
Helen Bradbury
Helen is excellent at sorting and filing clients’ paperwork and invoices and does the Post Office run to pay in clients’ cheques for them—all part of the service! Also, Helen is the office baker, and we all love her tasty treats.
Amanda Richards
Amanda joined us in 2020 having worked in an accountancy practice for over 28 years dealing with all aspects of accounting and tax work. She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and qualified as a certified accountant in 1997. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Amanda is married to an arable farmer and has three children.
Shona Stockton
Shona joined in February 2021, she has over 20 years’ experience doing admin and book-keeping for the family construction business. She is responsible for keeping our office in order and managing our administration.
Vicky Wardman
Vicky Joined us in May 2022. She is a member of the Association of Accounting technicians and has recently gained her level 3 Advanced Diploma in accounting. While not at work Vicky is busy with her holiday lets as well as running around after her 3 children Kenny, Lucy and Chloe.
Heidi Bradbury
Heidi joined the team in March 2023 and is part of the book-keeping team and is also a member of IAgSA. She is a dairy farmers daughter who has over 20 years experience working within the agricultural industry through various roles ranging from milk recorder to dairy farm assurance assessor to more recently the farm secretary for a pedigree Holstein herd and the secretary of a cattle breeders’ club. Heidi and her partner have two teenage children and live on a small holding in the Peak District.
Rebecca Hinchliffe
Rebecca joined the team in 2024. After completion of her diploma in agriculture at Hartpury College in 2023, Rebecca spent two weeks with us gaining an insight into farm accountancy. Following a six-month placement working with cattle, and several harvests on her family farm, she then worked for a machinery dealership. She always wished to pursue a career in farm administration having gained valuable experience on her family farm. Rebecca is a member of IAgSA and is studying for her AAT exams in bookkeeping. She plays an active role in Worksop Young Farmers. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys shooting and beating with her cocker spaniel.
Bethany Weston
Bethany joined the team in March 2026. She is a student member of IAgSA and currently studying towards her ICB Level 2 bookkeeping. She has A Levels in Law, Criminology and Psychology. When she is not in the office, she is busy horse riding and reading books.
Kirsty Lonsdale
Kirsty joined the team in March 2026, she is a dairy farmers daughter who has worked in various roles within the rural sector ranging from farming, forestry, polo and a machinery dealership. She is a student member of IAgSa and is currently studying for her ICB Level 2 in Bookkeeping. Kirsty and her husband have two children and live on the Chatsworth estate with their two dogs.
